For high-efficiency filters that need to be used in high humidity and high temperature environments, filter papers with high temperature and high humidity resistance, partition plates and frame materials must be selected to meet the production requirements. The biological clean room and the medical clean room must use the filter of the metal frame, and the surface should be not easy to rust. It is not allowed to use the filter of the wooden frame plate to prevent bacteria and affect the qualified rate of the product.

For the above filter, if there is a differential pressure gauge or a differential pressure sensor before and after the filter, the coarse filter must be replaced when the pressure difference is greater than 250Pa; for the medium efficiency filter, the pressure difference is greater than 330Pa. Must be replaced; for sub-high efficiency filters, when the pressure difference is greater than 400Pa, it must be replaced, and the original filter can not be reused; for high-efficiency filters, when the resistance value of the filter is greater than 450Pa; or when The airflow speed drops to the low limit of Zui. Even if the coarse and medium efficiency filter is replaced, the airflow speed cannot be increased. Or when the surface of the high-efficiency filter has unrepairable leakage, a new high-efficiency filter must be replaced. If there is no such condition, it can be replaced once every 1-2 years depending on the environmental conditions.

In order to give full play to the role of the filter, the upstream wind speed of the filter during the selection and use, the coarse and medium efficiency filter should not exceed 2.5m/s, and the sub-high efficiency filter and high efficiency filter should not exceed 1.5m/ s, this will not only help to ensure the efficiency of the filter, but also extend the life of the filter and save costs.
